Hot Artichoke Dip

Ohhh, this is so good as a snack watching a movie or a favorite sports game! 

  • 1 can (14 oz) Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled and pressed

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine all ingredients. Place in a small meatloaf type pan and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.  Serve with Ritz type crackers.
