This is comfort food at it’s finest. I like to make this around the holidays.
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Cream Style Corn
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 2 whole Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 can (13 oz) Evaporated Milk
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 1 hour.
